Matt Singh
Owner and Head Coach
Matt is an experienced and qualified football coach, who recently spent two seasons as a u16 coach for Southend United. He also works with semi professional and community clubs throughout the season. He is a qualified PE teacher with experience in primary and secondary, state and independent schools.

James Harrington
Director
James plays a huge part in the organisation and links for our community based programmes. He is another experienced ex player/coach who helps us to look at our work from many different angles.

Henry
Primary School Sports Coach
Mainly based in Primary Schools and holiday camps, Henry is a talented sportsman who is qualified to teach many sports to a level 2 standard. Playing basketball at national schools level, and cricket at county level, Henry is very able in most sports. He is also available for one to one coaching throughout the week. Finally, Henry represents us along with a local youth league, as a futsal specialist on a Saturday.

Sam
Primary School Sports Coach
Sam played his youth football with Tottenham Hotspur. He then moved onto playing for a number of semi professional clubs. His most recent are Witham Town, East Thurrock, Concord Rangers and now Hemel Hempstead in the National League South. Holding many different coaching qualifications, Sam is talented and able to deliver in many different sports including; gymnastics, Archery and Fencing. He coaches in Primary schools throughout the week, futsal classes on a Monday and for our community club during the weekends.

Tarik
Primary and Secondary School Sports Coach
Tarik played his youth football with Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur. He then moved onto playing for Coventry, Peterborough and Finally Colchester United, until the age of 19. He now plays his football in the conference south football league for Oxford City. Tarik coaches in Primary schools throughout the week and is able to turn his hand to many other sports. Tarik also works with one of our secondary schools, delivering a qualification to underachieving, poor behaving and disengaged pupils.

Best footballing experience: Going on tour with Arsenal u16s and playing alongside Alex Iwobi.
Tosin
Secondary, primary and community coach
Tosin played for Colchester United’s first team until the age of 22. He then joined Bostik Premier side Haringey Borough FC, before joining conference south side, Concord Rangers. As someone who is very able in many sports, Tosin delivers both PE and clubs throughout our schools, as well as coaching for our community clubs.
Tosin also works in a mentor role for disengaged, poor behaviour and underachieving pupils in one of our secondary schools, as well as leading PE lessons.

Dexter
Secondary mentor and community coach
From the age of 13, Dexter spent two seasons at Ipswich Town. He then moved on to West Ham United until the age of 16. After earning a scholarship at Millwall, he spent a further two years at the championship club. At the tender age of 18 he joined Chelmsford City in the Conference South. Impressing there, he was once again offered a two year deal with Colchester united at the age of 19. At the end of his contract he joined Maldon and Tiptree in the non league before moving onto his current club, Coggeshall Town.
Dexter works with underachieving, poor behaviour or disengaged pupils in one of our secondary schools.

Georgia
Secondary school mentor
Georgia began playing at West Ham United girls before moving onto Leyton Orient Ladies. She then joined Southend United Ladies before signing for CK Basildon. Georgia has now returned to Leyton Orient Ladies as well as staring for sports brands such as Nike, promoting women’s football.
Georgia works with underachieving, poor behaviour and disengaged girls in one of our secondary schools. She also delivers PE lessons throughout the week.

Evie
Primary and community coach
As a current England international and Arsenal player, Evie is able to use her knowledge and experience to motivate and inspire both boys and girls. When she is not playing, she is coaching for a local club or in primary schools and is another perfect match for our team.

Best footballing experience: Playing in the European championships for England under 17’s.
Freddie
Mini Kickers coach
Freddie played for Southend United until the age of 18. He then had a stint playing abroad before returning to join Brightlingsea FC. He now plays his football for Aveley FC in the Bostik north.

Henry

Henry spent five years at West Ham United, he then moved to Leyton Orient where he signed a professional contract. He recently moved to Braintree Town in the Conference National League.

Danny
Lead Coach (Mini Kickers)
After coaching in local primary Schools, Dan started to specialise in pre-school football. With years of experience, Dan is a key member to our Mini Dribblers team as well as our holiday camps.
